  • Douglas Kaye Douglas ("Dak") Kaye
    President, North America Prior to his appointment as President, North America in 2022, Dak had served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Albaugh with responsibility for the commercial activities and the leadership of the 5 Market Presidents. Dak joined Albaugh in 2011 as the CFO for Europe and succeeded to the position of President, Europe in 2012 prior to becoming the CCO. Before joining Albaugh Dak served as the CFO of Alligare. Dak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from Auburn University.
  • Profile Mark HeltCommercial Director Mark Helt grew up on a dairy farm in southern Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BS degree in agronomy. After graduation, Mark started his career with American Cyanamid where he held positions in sales, marketing and sales leadership. He then accepted the trait marketing manager role with Corn States (a subsidiary of Monsanto). Mark advanced in his career with Monsanto in roles of account management, national account lead, business management and strategic account lead. Mark also represented Monsanto on the ARA board since 2013.
  • Tim Stoehr Tim Stoehr Director of Development & Marketing Tim began his career in product management at Farmland Industries and has held various positions in product development, marketing, sales management, operations and ag retail management before joining Albaugh in 2017. Tim received his BS degree in Accounting as well as his MBA in International Finance and Marketing from Avila University.
  • Craig Altes Reed WestonNorth American Operations Manager Reed's first experiences with Albaugh began in 2006 as a summer intern during which he worked on special projects for Albaugh, Inc. and DRA Properties on the construction process of Talons of Tuscany golf course. In 2007, Reed graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, IA, with a double major in Business Management and Sports Administration.  After working at Centurion Stone of Iowa as a sales representative, Reed returned to work for Albaugh, LLC in 2012. Since rejoining the company, he has successfully served in several roles: from Customer Service to the North American Sales & Operations Planner to his current position as North American Operations Manager. 
  • Paul Oppliger Paul Oppliger Plant Manager Paul was hired in 2013 as the Plant Manager of Albaugh's Plant in St. Joseph, Missouri. Paul has more than 20 years of progressive experience in production and plant management, process/project engineering, engineering and maintenance management. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia and his MBA from Loyola University Chicago. 
  • Jamie Eagan Jamie Eagan Chief Financial Officer Joining Albaugh in 2010, Jamie has held the position of CFO for North America since 2016. Starting her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, Jamie currently oversees the North America Finance department. Jamie graduated with a degree in Accounting and a Minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
